We ordered $153.72 food and 1hr 30 min, no food. We contacted the driver.

She told us there was a problem with her app and that she was out of gas. She also told us to cancel the order. When we offered to pick up our food she told us she had our food and was going to give it to the homeless. She then told us to cancel our order and place a new one.

We selected Driver told us to cancel order. A few weeks later and there was still no refund so we reached out to Postmates through the App. They refused to refund our money because it had been more than two days even though that is nowhere in the fine print and the app states it can take 3-5 days for refunds. Terrible costumer service.

They will not speak to you on the phone, only through email. We have been loyal costumers due to being high risk for COVID 19.

This meal was to celebrate a birthday safely. They are a very dishonest company.
