I placed an online order for food delivery directly in their website using a shared app called qMenu. The app took the order and, unbeknownst to me, forwarded my order to Postmates.
The charge for the order was immediately withdraw from my bank account. However, the food never arrived. I called the restaurant several times and no one answered. The app showed the driver had picked up the food and was heading my way with a delivery time which kept getting pushed up by several minutes.
I finally received notice that I could come pick up my order or cancel and wait 5-10 business days for a refund.
Still no food and out $60.00. I, of course, cancelled and will hope my money is refunded.
