The application on my phone said, 'Buy a bowl of lobster corn chowder and get 1 free,' but I was charged for both. It showed the discount in the order, but when I pressed continue and went to pay, it was not there.

Can you please refund me $25 back to my account? I used a gift card that was attached to my account.

Messed up order

The order was packed in two separate containers when I ordered items separately. I have allergies to cheese and my burger was packed with chili cheese fries.

My girlfriend received her BBQ CB packed with my gravy fries. All the burgers were overcooked. My girlfriend's burger, which was ordered without onions, came with them. I called the store that I ordered from and was told that's how they pack it.

I was also told that if I put in a complaint, it would be denied.

I am going to call their corporate office to complain about this. I will not be ordering from Hwy 55 Burgers in Louisburg, North Carolina, again.

Poor customer Service

I'm very disappointed in Postmates and their policies. I've used this service for years.

Now if there's an issue you it's hard to get customer service in the phone. There was an issue with the platform and it submitted the order without saving the whole order. I was charged two service fees and was unable to combine the order/cancel one order.

I decided to give Postmates another chance and placed an order for Buffalo Wild Wings. My food arrived cold, and my drink was missing.

When I went to ask the driver about my missing drink he had to call someone on the phone to translate. The woman on the phone said, "He said he didn't see no drink." My chicken wings were hard and cold as if they had been sitting in his car for a while. I couldn't get anyone to answer the call from Postmates nor could I get someone on chat. The platform said it would refund my soda but wouldn't allow me a refund for the chicken.

So again I paid for an order and couldn't enjoy my food. It's disappointing because Postmates has always been my delivery service of choice, but now I'll just skip delivery and delete the app.

The driver never stopped and stole my food. I want them to be fired. I'm pregnant and I currently have a three-year-old who's waiting to eat.

They recently decided to steal my money from a non-received order. I reported the day of, about thirty minutes to an hour after searching for my order outside, and it went ignored for a few days before I sent another message.

They told me they didn't have proof/notice that my order had gone missing, when the message was and still is there but being blatantly ignored once again. This is the second time I've had issues with Postmates/Uber, but the first time they've gotten away with stealing my money.

Nearly $100 gone. Avoid them at all costs.

Driver stile my food

I ordered dinner for my wife and me, and when we received the order, I got only half of what I had ordered. The driver had stolen my two pints of ice cream that I ordered along with the meal.

I tried contacting the driver but received no response. Additionally, when I contacted customer service, I was told they would not assist me either. I was refused a refund and couldn't even talk to a human being. Someone needs to make it right.

I don't work hard for my money just for others to steal things away from me. This is not the first time a driver has stolen my food.

I placed an order through Postmates for Taco Bell paid almost $38.60 before my Uber one discount and the driver arrived at the residence but however saw me waiting outside and instead of stopping she literally marked my order as delivered and never stopped she disappeared stealing my order and my money I'm so lucky I never gave a tip at all whatsoever. I called Postmates and they said they would refund my money but would not reveal anything about the driver information so I can file charges and I had a police officer standing right next to me when I made this call.

Canceled order

Taking to long. While traking they were way off course and tried to call the driver, could not reach, call would not go through.

I would like a refund. I text the driver and said cancel the order. Tried to call Country Kitchen and No one is answering xs4. The times kept changing.

They said one order in front of me and it still should not have taken that long. Thanks
