Luther went right by my door without stopping I told him several times I had a light right over my door

Absolutely the worst. The driver didn't bring more than half of my order, only brought drinks and no food, and didn't leave a receipt.

Then the Postmates refused to refund me, and it is a nightmare! Horrible customer service.

The driver should be fired. Don't use Postmates or Uber.

I want someone to call me , theres no customer service and Im being over charged, I thought this was a better company now Im seeing your customer service sucks !!! Leaves me no choice then to cancel you !!

I am needing a refund. The driver was one minute away, and then I looked up, and it said my order was canceled.

Driver bought me somebody else's order when I call when I text somebody at postmate they gave me a dollar and 98 cent back and that's unacceptable

We ordered 4 food and 2 tortilla and one guacamole from Chipotle but the person from post ate only delivered 2 food and one tortilla. The order number was B72DC.

The driver name was Nicki. The order date was 2/14/26 @ 8:15 pm.

It charged me a 37 dollar tip when I put in 4? Im not sure why it would do that? Thanks I really need this fixed!

So I ordered some food the other day, and they gave me a totally different meal, and they're not trying to give me my refund back. I even sent a picture of what I had in my order, and they are still talking about it's not refundable.

My order from the postman was at 8:15 p.m., and the order was to be delivered to me at 8:45 p.m. It did not come.

They called the driver two times, and the last driver cancelled. I got charged $15.00.

My driver stole my food (cancelled my order) after I paid for it. His name was Jacob. Postmates steals your money and food; don't order from Postmates.

What happened was Taco Bell had a coupon online stating, 'Buy 1 get 1 FREE.' I ordered that, and once my food came, I only had 1 item in the bag, and I paid over twenty-one dollars for 1 item. Yes, I'm pissed!
