I've been waiting I want my refund I bought a juice and some candy and I did not receive my candy the other night give me any update so I want my refund that does not make any sense because I let somebody know or update they ordered but they did they charged me $16.92 it was that was the case you couldn't be for me back but they didn't let me know anything

I made an order to Dairy Queen who used this company to deliver my order. I stopped ordering out over five years ago from lack of trust. Today I received a notice from my bank alerting me my credit card was fraudulently charged for $99.99 by UBR Postmates! My distrust is earned! That was the last time!

Order not delivered and customer support

My driver scammed me out of my order, and I am trying to get a refund. My driver told me that he had not picked up my order, and I should cancel it.

After I refused, saying I didn't want to get charged or an order I didn't receive, he asked for the "code to cancel my order" I gave him my code and he marked my order as delivered. There is proof of this in my chats with my driver.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Postmates support. I contacted support through the app, was transferred to a person, then was told that my chat was being transferred to a higher level team and that I would get contacted within 6 to 12 hours. It has been more than 24 hours, and I have not heard back.

When I called, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund because I hadn't contacted customer support within 48 hours of placing my order. After I said I had proof that I had contacted support and was never contacted back, I was told I would be sent an email to send in that proof.

I have not been sent that email.

I want a full refund for the charge on my credit card, as well as the $25 off code I had used on the order. This experience with unresponsive customer support is absolutely unacceptable and makes me hesitant to use postmates ever again

I placed an order but the order delivered to me was not mine. I called the driver and he told me to contact postmates. I tried calling but never got thru. I tried online chat but it kept directing me to applying for a membership. Needless to say I never got a refund.

Food delivery wait has been delayed way too long

I have been tracking my order and the driver has just sat idled until just now. Estimated delivery now is 20 more minutes and that's with the tip I included in my order. If my food isn't hot or at least very warm I will start using Doordash instead. This is unacceptable. I could have been there and back myself. My lunch break is almost over now!! 1

Your driver stole $200 out of my wallet on camera

Hi, your driver stole 200$ out of my wallet outside of pizza hut while picking up your order. It was the pizza hut at 1840 e charleston blvd las vegas, NV, 89101

He was caught on camera stealing my money out of my wallet, and i have to pay rent where i live at a WEEKLY RENTAL and I am about to be put on the street as a direct result of your employees actions.

I am going to loose all of my posessions because the house keepers will throw them all away when they clear my room out. I have 3 kids, and a dog and nowhere for them to stay while I work.

My entire family is going to suffer emotional trauma as well as a huge monetary loss, and I am dying of cancer and can barely take care of them as it is. I am going to file a police report in the morning, and I PROMISE you that if I dont get my $200 paid back before i have to pay rent in 3 days, postmates will be held accountable, and my mother, who is a retired civil attorney, is confident that I have a very easy case.

My driver had me wait in the rain after admitting ti giving my order away

So the driver picked up multiple orders and had me wait outside in the pouring rain only to tell me he had dropped off my food else wear but heres some food just give him my code or he cant give me anything. Then he back tracks and say just kidding about wrong order and give me my food. Receipt was missing and food clearly not what I ordered. I also have several allergies and could not eat it. Postmates app refused to refund saying he put in my code just leave a review
