I ordered 4 pizzas from Little Caesars and I only got 2 of them. The delivery person said that they only gave her 2 pizza boxes.
I called support to see if they could have Little Caesars serve the rest to me, but they were not able to do it.
They gave me a refund and since I also used a promotion, they were going to give me that too. I checked the promotion to place the order again and it wasn't there.
Preferred solution: For them to send the other 2 boxes that they was supposed to give me.

Reporting on a Ryan Bonnichsen an employee of yours:
He is a man that worked for your company on August 6, 2023, and is located in Titusville, FL 32780.
I've tried calling a few times, but I can't get a hold of your company. This delivery driver called the cops on my dog saying he bit him and then stood out my house for over an hour and half. He then proceeded to tell me he only called the cops bc of my attitude. I have a gate that most delivery people leave the food outside like one is supposed to legally, but this unhinged individual walked right up to my front door at the same time I was letting my dog out to go *** in his fenced in backyard and proceeded to drop my food and freeze. I wasn't even wearing pants, that's how unprepared I was for him to be there bc no one ever comes to my front door with the food bc I have signs up everywhere directing where to leave my food. He then proceeded to text me, "I think your dog bit me". I came outside and he was unhinged and appeared to almost be on drugs. Bc I didn't codle him and agree that my dog "attacked" him, he threatened to call the police. He then said he was going to call the cops on me, not bc of my dog, but bc of my attitude. His exact words. He then called the police. Then he proceeded to sit on your company's clock time for over 2 hours until the cop showed up and saw it was a tiny scratch mark and left after a 10-minute interaction with the 3 of us. The cop was almost embarrassed for him, but ordered him to go straight to the ER per procedure. He did not go to the ER to get the dog attack/bite looked at by a professional as well as get what would most certainly be needed medical attention. THEN 15 DAYS LATER AN ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR, WROTE ME 2 CITATIONS AND THEN 3 COPS SHOWED UP AS WELL ALL WITHOUT EVER MEETING MY DOG. On August 6, 2023, when this happened I also called the police bc he was scaring me by sitting outside my house for OVER THOSE 2 hours taking videos and pictures of me and harassing me as well. He also said my dog bit him on the top of his foot but, later when the officer asked him to show the two of us where he was actually bitten he lifted his right pant leg up to what would only look like a 4-day-old scratch mark. My dog now has a permanent mark on his record and if something involving him happens again he would be taken away from me. I spoke to a lawyer already and he has already agreed to take the case against him bc he didn't go get medical help and I had 2 Beware of the Dog signs up which legally protects me. I've contacted Postmates so many times about this right afterward to which I received no help still to this day. This guy also cussed at me, took pictures of me and video as well, and I was literally scared for my life bc he sat outside my house for over 2 hours. On top of that he didn't handle the coffee bag properly therefore it spilled everywhere going all over the inside of my house. Bc of him I have had to go through *** with protecting my 35 pound australian shepherd/border Collie who has NEVER bitten anyone during his 2 years of life, let alone in his own backyard. The guy needs to be suspended or fired , and I will file a suit against someone if he is not reprimanded in some way. He literally stated to my face that the only reason he called the cops was bc of my attitude. My attitude was in reaction to the fact that I was embarrassed I didn't have any pants on to begin with and I was right next to him and my dog and there was no such attack and/or bite! Either way, the employee needs help and none of your customer service numbers work but I will warn other customers about him. Also, the police advised me to go look into your protocols regarding entering gated areas with Beware of the Dog signs posted with your company bc it protects me as far as law enforcement. I have been ordering from you for years and that guy has ruined many days bc of his harassing, almost sexes like ways, regarding my behavior to a situation he was making up. If he's not fired for the penalties I have been charged with now, you will be hearing from my lawyer and I will post on all social media accounts of yours. The main was harassing me, lied about where he was bitten, there was no evidence that showed he was bitten, videotaped me at one point, cussed me out, damaged my order and has made it to where I have had to deal with animal control officers and police since that day. I was scared he was going to come back with a gun and kill me or poison my dog...he was that unhinged. A medical doctor has to sign off that he in fact received a bite from my dog to win his case and even though the police officer told him he had to go to the ER for his little "scratch", the Animal Control reports in fact confirm he did not go to the ER afterward like the cop ordered him to. This guy is unsafe for the community and I want to make sure he is no longer working for you and/or a complaint is filed with your HR department. It's your choice. Bc, this customer wants retribution for his insane antics that were completely unhinged! I will go to Twitter and Facebook next.

They recently decided to steal my money from a non-received order. I reported the day of, about thirty minutes to an hour after searching for my order outside, and it went ignored for a few days before I sent another message.
They told me they didn't have proof/notice that my order had gone missing, when the message was and still is there but being blatantly ignored once again. This is the second time I've had issues with Postmates/Uber, but the first time they've gotten away with stealing my money.
Nearly $100 gone. Avoid them at all costs.

I was passed out on the floor when the driver was attempting the delivery. Instead of following protocol, he waited for a long time + kept calling.
He delivered the cake, and left an angry, demeaning comment on my order.
I was found, revived and made it to the couch, I remembered the order, went to the app to see what had happened. I felt horrible that I missed the calls. Instead, I found that comment by the driver.

I went to the chat to let them know what happened.
They were worse than the driver. So after ignoring me, getting around answering anything, and denying helping me with reporting this after asking 4 times, he ended our chat mid sentence.
I dont like leaving bad reviews, but chat rep pushed me too far. I went to leave review and rate the order.
Review that was attempted 5 times to leave:
The store was great! The driver, however, left the most rude comment on my order as I was actually passed out and almost dead on the floor. So, that was cool.
And then Marion, the chat customer service agent, whose response to my complaint was leave something in the review so he can read it and learn! and then blew me off all four times I asked for help and ended the chat without finishing the conversation. FYI, Marion, according to your companys policy, the drivers dont see the rating or comments for my safety (thanks!). Sadly, I dont get to have my education session with MYASNIK.
So, on principle, and because this whole situation is incredibly demeaning, Im escalating this as high as I can. Im posting this on every review site it can. And Im asking my journalist husband how to write an op-Ed to make this public. Once I was I was found and helped up, I checked my phone to make sure my order went okay and say sorry for being absent.
It was a lovely thing to read right after almost dying and in searing pain. So thank you, Postmates, for literally not caring about me, your drivers behavior, and obfuscating every request for assistance I asked for in the chat. Hats off to you! Hats off to misogynist and rude driver, MYASNIK.
And mostly, hats off to the pretend cheerful chat agent Marion who literally wouldnt answer one question and hung the chat up on me mid-conversation. You guys certainly know how to go out in full style. Thanks!
The next page gave me option to change the tip. I tried 4 times to delete the tip but the page wouldnt let me.
When I left his tip alone, I could submit my review.
So now Im laying on the couch, bruised and concussed, and beyond upset. Despite my husbands suggestion to chill out, I cant get over how I had been treated by 2 men who were rude, lacking empathy, and clearly were misogynists. Im saddened by their behavior (and in the chat, disregard for my disability). This is not just an Uber problem, but it was the last straw.
I believe in treating people with dignity. I also definitely will escalate the issue when I feel they arent. As Bob Belcher likes to say, Its the *principle*, Lynn! (Chefs kiss to anyone who loves Bobs Burgers as much as I do!)

Uber removed my review, doubled the drivers tip without my permission, logged me out!
They are now making me update my password to get back in! I am back to the order, trying to review and leave my comment again. It was again deleted.
Its now been deleted four times. Each time it was immediately deleted.
I am also unable to change the drivers (now doubled) tip. Also, is it legal to tip more than I approved?

Now I just cant log in at all. I was not going to use Postmates again. However, I am disabled, ill and cant drive.
I rely on Uber to get me to my numerous doctor appointments. Despite not agreeing with Ubers company ethos, Im on a small amount of disability and they tend to be way cheaper.
I used to use Postmates on a daily basis since they were beta testing in Los Angeles around 2012 for getting what keeps me alive and fed. Drivers kept leaving my orders on the sidewalk outside. Postmates/Uber did nothing about it so I stopped using them.
Tonight they were the only app with access to something I needed.
They confirmed they dont care about their employees or their consumers.
Its been a horrible night. Thanks for being a large part of that, Uber. For anyone who is counting: an extremely rude comment, rude customer service, being charged MORE tip money without my consent, deleting my reviews, restricting my accessAnd finally, denying an extremely sick woman a way they can get medical care they desperately require. Yay!
You know how to kick someone who is already - literally - on the ground.
Im off to escalate this with Uber Corporate. Wish me luck!

I was lied to and talked into place a $50 order under the assumption a promo would be applied when my order completed. They didn't honor the promo and abruptly cut off the conversation multiple times pretty much making it my fault even after I showed screenshots of prior conversations I had with agents and them stating that my order needed to complete to review it.
I'm deactivating my account and will no longer order thru them. Which has nothing to do with the delivery drivers or their customer service it's with postmates actual agents is the whole problem.

I apparently have two accounts, but I was on one with a delivery address on N. Oak Tfrwy.
1416 were the last 4 digits of the card. There's an authorization hold for $12.45. You ran the debit card 12 times for $1 each, which charges me a fee for each one made. My kids have not eaten in two days.
I donated plasma for that money. My bank spoke to me and told me the transactions were made by Uber.

I looked at my bank statement today and I got charged for my order which was $18.93 including tip (tip was $5.67 and meal was $13.26).
This is a normal charge which is fine but on my bank statement I see I have another Postmates charge for $5.67which is the tip amount.
Why am I being charged for the tip twice if it was included when I originally ordered.
I gave him the tip when included in the order when I placed it and nothing else and should not pay a tip that almost as much as my whole order.
I even attached my bank statement to show the separate charges as well as through the app the order total including tip to show the difference.
I also got an email saying that received my complaint but decided not to read or act upon my message.
Never order from Postmates.

My family and I were in Palm Springs this weekend and I ordered Subway from my husband's phone, but his phone wasn't showing the address where we stayed and it didn't show that it went through. When we arrived home, the order was in our drive.

There are still all the same fake restaurants as when I first started telling Postmates 2 weeks ago and now there is even more! They are using fake names, fake addresses, fake phone numbers, fake menu, fake buy one get one free offers.
The main thing people should look at is the fact that they have it set to where the merchant delivers and not Postmates and because of that reason you're not able to get a refund and so they are just stealing crazy amounts of money from Uber and it's customers.
And I cannot get customer service to do anything about it or call me back and I can't get anyone on the phone they will only do a chat to which they are just reading a script back to you every single time. They keep saying they will escalate it and a supervisor manager will get back to me or Safety and Security will look into it and nothing ever happens and the restaurants are still alive scamming people everyday.

I am disabled and cant walk. I placed an order for $188, which apparently required a code.
When
The driver showed up to what I thought was my address, I told her how to get in and to drop it off at my door and I gave her the code since I couldnt walk to the door to get it.
Turns out she delievered it to the wrong building a block away. Literally one minute after she dropped it off, my neighbor went to get it and it wasnt anywhere. I called her and she said she was 30 minutes away (??) and wouldnt come back. Then hung up on me.
After a Sherlock Holmes investigation for a phone number, they said she is too far away, they dont do refunds and wouldnt replace the order.
Basically, sorry! Youre screwed.
Im livid. Livid.
They are criminals. And Im disabled.

It was logical to mention it the first time since it explained why they couldn't go hunting for their food. The second mention was not necessary but doesn't really matter.
It's a petty a thing to bring it up. It is not like they mentioned it 10 times.
