Got the wrong order

Was given the completely wrong order from $51. Was given a refund for $48. Can not connect with them in anyway Calls/texts/emails. Doesn't matter they don't respond.

These s-bags have NO customer support and tried to charge nearly $30 USD for a beef sandwich that is 7.99 at the store. Are they smoking hash or heroin- inquiring minds want to know. And I want to yell at someone irl.

Didn't receive order

Received message order was on its way. Then it canceled. No order. Then said complete. No order. Website was no help on helping me confirm I wouldnt be charged! Both numbers for customer service, no answer! Stressful!

The website says 50% off first 5 orders, go to check out and it doesn't apply

The website claims that there is a 50% off your first five orders I go to my cart and check out and it doesn't apply the 50% off there is no promo code applied there is no promo code given it just says 50% off your first five order and I call the customer service line and one is out of service and two are on a constant busy signal

I need a refund! I have been screwed out of over a $100 today because of Postmates

I ordered for from Cracker Barrel. They outsource to Postmates Uber eats for delivery. My food was wrong. I had to go to cracker barrel after the food was delivered. They weren't able to process my refund because they said I paid thru Uber eats. I want my full refund. Plus now I just lost 50$ more trying to reach Postmates. A third party provider took 50$ to try and help with the refund from you!!!

Horrible meal

I ordered a steakburger with cheese meal from Freddy's Frozen custard today. (7/1/22) It arrived ice cold. The burger had no cheese or sauce and the malt did not taste like a malt and was melted. I've been trying to put a complaint on your website all afternoon but your help page is conveniently having issues

Does it really matter I would like to speak to someone regarding my order that was left at my door

No it was not!! They did not let me know my food was delivered and cats ate it!! I want my money back this is ridiculous no one can call me but I'm about to get a lawyer involved if I don't here something soon
