I sent a text, as I always do, to this person to let them know where to turn to get to my apts. The gps will take them to the next apts over. They called. Said they had arrived. I stated they were in the wrong place and I was waiting outside. I tried to explain the text. They talked over meYa want to cancel? I finally said yes. Instead they started the timer and I assume either had dinner on Postmates dime or just left it there. Their name was David. I wish I had screenshots of their texts. They were also disrespectful. This person is extremely unprofessional and should not work with the public. If they were my employee, I would have terminated them immediately.

I cannot find Waffle House on your Website.

I am trying to place an Order at Waffle House and they are 'NOT' Listed as one of Your Merchants, on your Website and is 'SUPPOSED' to be!! 'WHERE IS THE WAFFLE HOUSE LISTING'??? Your Phone Agent was "NO HELP". She advised, "go to the Waffle House Website directly and place my order that way and I 'WASTED' my time, because, Waffle House does 'NOT' give one the option to place a "DIRECT ORDER" and then choose a Delivery Service. No Merchant does that!! I should have known better, but I tried it anyway.

User's recommendation: None, because I haven't been 'ABLE' to place an Order!! Show me where Waffle is located, or take down, the 'FALSE' Advertisement!!

Driver has food in their car

I never received a refund. I ordered a family style BBQ meal and the driver delivered just the sides not the meat platter. I had to drive 30 minutes to the restaurant and pay for a whole new meal. Not cool.

Wrong order

I received the wrong order. I ordered from baby Kays but I received an order from la famiglia. I tried calling but it was a disconnected phone number. Can someone please give me a call back? I do not want to take this familys food from them

No contact number

I ordered food from Giuseppes. The person brought the food. It wasnt my food so I called the driver. He came back and picked it up and said he was unable to go pick up my food and deliver it now I cannot get a refund because I dont have pictures of the food, but the driver has the food and theres no contact number to call you

Received replacement items I did not approve and cannot use

I ordered certain items, and they were replaced with items I cannot use nor wanted. It should not be this hard to get through to a company where you just spent your money

User's recommendation: If you need to contact Postmates with a problem you are going to have to put on the armor of God because that is what it’s gonna take to get any assistance.
