Postmates

Today, after work, I decided to download your app to buy some food. As my food arrived, I watched as my driver took a picture of my food, picked it back up, and left with it.

I tried contacting customer service but nobody answered my call and I'm still getting absolutely no help from your service team.

This is an absolute joke to rob your customers and protect the people who took from me. I will be taking further actions if my money or my meal does not make it back to me.

The driver stole my food. I should have known when he pulled up, yelling on his phone to begin with. So unprofessional.

Someone went and got my order and didn't deliver it. Postmates is saying that I can't get my refund because I canceled my order.

The reason I canceled it is because someone else tried to pick up my order and told me that someone else had my order and didn't proceed to deliver it. I expected so much from Postmates and Uber Eats.

I won't be ordering anything else from these apps anymore. This is the third or fourth time they have messed up or didn't get my order.

I ordered Wingstop. I was eating and nothing was wrong until I found a hair in my fries. I have contacted Postmates, but they still haven't responded to my report.

I ordered some food, and my card was charged twice. So, I cancelled my order hoping to get my money back.

I called them and they were telling me it didn't take off that much money while I was sitting here looking at it. They said I would get a refund, so I received an email saying I got 0.93 cents back when they had taken 11 dollars. But the crazy part is, they didn't even give me the 0.93 cents.

I hate Postmates. Thanks a lot, people!

The order was placed but not delivered, although the tracker says the order was delivered. I called the store to see what the status was, and they told me to call the delivery service, Postmates, with which I couldn't get in direct contact.

Molded fruit. There is no need to pay for something that I can because they were not willing to concede. Therefore, I would no longer go with Postmates.

It is so funny. The phone ringed and after a 2-minute someone hand on phone.

I got a chick-fill from campus Dr.

It was awful and not fresh at all also I paid $53 for this awful food. Who is going to respond for that I don't know.

Awful services

Order never received, and the driver would not answer her phone or respond to my messages. Then, I had a terrible time getting a full refund.

At first, only the food was refunded. After many attempts at trying to talk to someone about refunding the tip, I finally got that refunded, but still ended up with an $8.42 charge for I don't know what.

The customer service here is terrible. I never got to talk to a person.

E'njoni wrote a note on the lid of the clamshell that read they Don't Dontwere out of everything ordered.

Most of the restaurants that I normally order from it are now saying delivery too far? And most of the restaurants that are saying that I ordered from multiple times some within a couple of weeks ago.

This order came ice cold. There are no onion rings and they did not provide the fries that we paid for the fries that goes with everything and now we dont have that and the fish was cold and were not gonna eat it.

They charged me after I cancelled a order within 1 min of ordering it I need a refund please I only ordered on Cobb fish sandwich I got way over charged

I ordered dog food and I still have not received my order. This is poor customer service and this is not the first time this has happened.
