We ordered almost a $50 order, and we were delivered something completely different and cheaper, and I would like a refund. We received an order half the size for a completely different customer.
We ordered through Postmates, and the order we got says DoorDash.
The driver disappeared so fast we couldn't even check our order before he was gone, and there was no way to stop him. Please fix this.

Verified ReviewerIm a first time user on your app and one of your drivers stole my food
Today, after work, I decided to download your app to buy some food. As my food arrived, I watched as my driver took a picture of my food, picked it back up, and left with it.
I tried contacting customer service but nobody answered my call and I'm still getting absolutely no help from your service team.
This is an absolute joke to rob your customers and protect the people who took from me. I will be taking further actions if my money or my meal does not make it back to me.

Someone went and got my order and didn't deliver it. Postmates is saying that I can't get my refund because I canceled my order.
The reason I canceled it is because someone else tried to pick up my order and told me that someone else had my order and didn't proceed to deliver it. I expected so much from Postmates and Uber Eats.
I won't be ordering anything else from these apps anymore. This is the third or fourth time they have messed up or didn't get my order.

I ordered some food, and my card was charged twice. So, I cancelled my order hoping to get my money back.
I called them and they were telling me it didn't take off that much money while I was sitting here looking at it. They said I would get a refund, so I received an email saying I got 0.93 cents back when they had taken 11 dollars. But the crazy part is, they didn't even give me the 0.93 cents.
I hate Postmates. Thanks a lot, people!

The order was placed but not delivered, although the tracker says the order was delivered. I called the store to see what the status was, and they told me to call the delivery service, Postmates, with which I couldn't get in direct contact.

I was charged $72.54 for food I never received and the postmate delivery person I feel I shouldn't have to pay for because I didn't get any of my food. So, I was charged for food I don't have.
I will not be ordering from Postmates anymore because this isn't the first time my order has been incorrect and the dasher doesn't check to make sure all my food is there. I'm short $72.54 and I don't have a car to get the food. I feel I shouldn't have to tip the driver because it's her fault I didn't get my food. I want my money back.
I don't have a car to go get food, which is why I use Postmates. The pictures I have posted show what I received and the receipt shows what I was supposed to get, but I didn't receive it.

I got a chick-fill from campus Dr.
It was awful and not fresh at all also I paid $53 for this awful food. Who is going to respond for that I don't know.

Order never received, and the driver would not answer her phone or respond to my messages. Then, I had a terrible time getting a full refund.
At first, only the food was refunded. After many attempts at trying to talk to someone about refunding the tip, I finally got that refunded, but still ended up with an $8.42 charge for I don't know what.
The customer service here is terrible. I never got to talk to a person.
