I used Postmates for the first time last night and incorrectly ordered food from Din Tai Fung from a location that was too far from my house in Bellevue. I immediately called the Bellevue location and cancelled my order.
Din Tai Fung said any credit would need to come from Postmates. I asked for a credit from Postmates and was told that because the order was pickup and not delivery I could not be credited. I pointed out to Postmates that I placed a second order to my preferred Din Tai Fung location in U Village minutes after the first order.
See below. It makes no sense for Postmates to not credit the $47.30 for an order that was cancelled and not processed.
