Postmates - Refund not received
Placed an order on Postmates for some chinese food. I watched the GPS tracking of my order and the estimated time of arrival was nearly 45 minutes before the app notified us that the order had arrived.
I had the place at door option selected and when I went to my door to pick up my delivery there was nothing there. I had attempted to call the driver but sense the order was declared complete I was unable to get in touch with the driver. I had contacted costumer support after my girlfriend and I spent 15 minutes checking other apartment doors thinking maybe the delivery driver placed our order on the wrong door. The lady I spoke with was able to give me a refund for my order and said it would arrive within 3-5 business days.
Its been a month. No refund yet.
User's recommendation: Proceed with caution.
Monetary Loss: $51.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Postmates Pros: Set your own schedule.
Postmates Cons: No response to email, Horrible system for people who dont receive their orders.
