Somebody needs to please help with this!

I had a Postmates fleet rep contact me by telephone to notify me that one of my deliveries/orders was cancelled because of a stolen debit card.

The rep told me that I was being paid out and compensated for my time in for the trouble. I was told that I was receiving $50 and i went through links via text messages to verify an instant-issue card for the credit...

i was told it would taje about 20 mins to process....

but, I was only paid out my exact balance of my current Postmates account. I did not want to cash out my entire balance. I just wanted the $50 cashed out... the compensation for the inconvenience...

But, either way, I still dont see the credit for the $50.

Please help me. Id like to speak to someone about this issue ASAP.

This is my 5th request

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Correct pay out .
