The restaurant gave me the wrong order. After driving several miles to deliver the food, the customer said it was wrong.

I had not way of calling Postmates to find what to do in this situation. I decided to go back to the restaurant for the correct order and I redelivered it. Since first order was never closed out on my end, I'm sure there was no credit or earnings for me. The same I'm certain has probably happened to my second deliver with the right order.

I am very upset about this as it took an hour to go back, get the right order, and redeliver.

That was an hour during the peak lunch timeframe when I was not getting paid.

But I wanted to make it right for the customer no matter if Postmates cared to help or not.

User's recommendation: I have no idea. I don't think that as a driver for Postmates, I'm considered a customer.
