New ReviewerWe waited about an hour for our fast food(Rallys) and the app kept saying the order is taking longer than expected. After waiting we call the store and they said a male driver picked it up and requested that the burgers we ordered be plain, which was not a request we asked for.
The fast food lady said that she gave him the food when the sun was out over an hour ago! We call the delivery driver and he said he cancelled the order because they were taking too long and hung up on me. Not even a min later we get an notice saying ops no postmates was available to delivery your food but don't worry your card has not been charged. Checked my bank account and surprise, surprise the damn money is taken out!!!!!
Now I'm trying to call the number for postmates b**** *** and no answer, emailed and no answer. WHERE IS MY MONEY??? 50 bucks gone because you guys don't know how to run your company.
This is bull *** you guys have scammers working for you and stealing other people's food!!!! Never again will I use this service or disservice.
User's recommendation: Pick up your own damn food and don't use POSTMATES.
