Avoid postmates!!! I used to use postmates several times a week when I traveled instead of room service.
I placed an order through Postmates in December, before the pandemic and they were very late. Reported it to Postmates that evening and they ignored it. Then days later they said they wouldnt do anything because too much time went by. After complaining to their social media team, their FB team said to DM them.
And after DMing them they responded saying they couldnt do anything. I have switched to their competitors and have not used them since.
In June, their Facebook team replied to a thread on their page and told me to DM them a second time regarding the issue.
They then only repeated that they would not do anything to correct their error. Therefore it was publicly appear like they were going to do something, when they had no intention to do anything.
I want a credit for the tardiness and a lot of credit for the horrific ongoing customer service
User's recommendation: Use Caviar or another service as you will get better customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: I want several credits (not just delivery fee credits) but credits to use on the purchase of foods. .
Postmates Pros: Access to restaurant delivery.
Postmates Cons: Horrible customer service, No customer service, Delivery was late, No accountability, Do not care about the customer.
