I placed my order at 11:43am. I got a delivery time of 12:13pm.
The time changed seven to eight different times on the tracker and when it reached 12:46pm and it still stated that my order was still being worked on I cancelled my order. They refused to give me a refund stating that although the actual delivery of the order was not done, the process up to that point had been completed, so they are still charging me the full amount. That is complete *** and unacceptable!! It did not even state the driver had picked up and was in route with my food!
They did not adhere to the time frame that was agreed upon and them refusing to refund my money is straight robbery.
This is a horrible company with horrible customer service and if you are thinking about using them, I suggest you think again. I have never dealt with a delivery company that not only does not have a customer service line where you can speak to someone, but also does not own up to their shortcomings or tries to take care of their customers when they are clearly in the wrong
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Monetary Loss: $13.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
