Postmates - Fouled up order
At approximately 7:30 PM on March 30, 2021,I telephoned Postmates and made an order for delivery from the KFC on First Colonial rd.
I ordered a 8 piece family fill up original recipe.
I expected this order to show up with an eight piece chicken bucket two large mashed potatoes and gravy order coleslaw and biscuits instead what I got was eight pieces of extra crispy chicken.
I looked at the receipt for this eight pieces of extra crispy chicken and the credit card number on this receipt does not match mine at all.
Im extremely disappointed with Postmates this is not the first time my orders have been fouled up.
The fact that I cannot discuss this with a person on the telephone really disturbs me especially Not knowing what has been charged to my credit card.
I went to the helpline and described my situation in the comment section submitted my complaint and its telling me that my account has been totally refunded.
The problem that I have is the receipt that I have is not my account so whos getting refunded what?
I was terribly embarrassed ,I had four people visiting who did not have a proper dinner because of this. And I have no idea what has been charged to my credit card account.

Preferred solution: Need to make sure my account was not charged for a 8 piece family fill up. .
