I was charged $10.73 SERVICE FEE?, $5.99 DELIVERY AND $10.56 TIP FOR A GRAND TOTAL$27.28.

THESE COMPANIES ALWAYS ADD MORE, BUT THIS COMPANY TOOK $80.96 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT.

I WROTE AND COMPLAINED AND THEY CLAIM THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING SINCE I DID NOT LET THEM KNOW FAST ENOUGH? IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO REFUND MONEY TO A CUSTOMER!!!

I'M OLD AND SAW IT ON MY BANK STATEMENT ONLINE - PRINTED OUT AND FORGOT UNTIL THE OTHER NIGHT.

I WON'T BE USING POSTMATES AGAIN! USED GRUBHUB THAT OFFERED FREE SHIPPING AND I DID NOT GET CHARGED FOR SERVICE FEE OR DELIVERY, ONLY THE TIP I CHOSE TO PAY THE DELIVERY PERSON. DOORDASH IS ANOTHER GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE.

Reason of review: THEIR FEES.

Monetary Loss: $17.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Postmates Cons: Terribel customer service and they stole money.
