We started ordering take out through Postmates when this whole COVID situation started, I have had an issue with them in the past but it would be like one side wasnt available and I was still charged for it but I thought, okay well its a pandemic, I dont want to make a big deal, that has happened about 3 times in the past few months...but today was just too much I ordered dinner from bento, Im not feeling well so I ordered a soup for my self, and even though they didnt have what we usually order (bento boxes) I went ahead and got stuff similar to what they usually get for my kids, when postmates delivered they send a notification through the app and it immediately asks for the tip so I went a head and added the suggested tip, opened my door, noticed the bag looked small but I thought maybe they just packed it tight, I started pulling out the items, first of all NOTHING in here was what we ordered, and to top it off it was all seeping out of the bottom of the containers so not only is it not my order, its a huge mess on my front porch and kitchen counter and then to top it off theyre is no way to get in real contact with anyone, so I cant even get a real refund, 53 dollars is what I got charged total 36 is what theyre giving me a credit for I dont want to order from them anymore obviously so now Im out that money and an hour after I ordered dinner now at 8pm I had to figure out what to feed everyone. Shame on you postmates for your awful customer service.. never again
