wild wing October 1st 2020 I spoke with manager on duty Jordan Sandhill 113.. my order should have been ready at 7:15 arrived there and this is the story..Good afternoon my question is how soon do I have my credit back to my account I placed the order went to go pick up the order ..when I got there they stated they never received the order there was no confirmation email on their side..
I left without any dinner or refund they stated if I needed anything I would have to pay for it when I already paid..nothing how soon is my credit back in my account. I was not pleased at all with Jordan who allow a customer to leave without offering something there's many other stores that I could have chosen to go to but I decided on my neighborhood store wild wings Cafe.
Monetary Loss: $29.
