No resolve. They have said they will not give me a refund or credit.
I’m going to file a dispute with my bank/credit card company if this doesn’t get resolved immediately. This is legitimate theft

This is not the first or second or third time this is happened with Postmates. But tonight I ordered from chipotle delivery.
My first order delivered was completely somebody elses order that was delivered. I went to request a refund and Postmates only refunded me 4dollar credit. I decided I would suck it up because I need to eat and I went ahead and used that four dollar credit to re-order what I originally ordered. I literally received someone elses order again.
I went to file a complaint and was told that because of my order history they would not be able to refund my card. Which is absolutely insane because the issues in the past were the same wrong items delivered. I spent $50 tonight and never received what I ordered. This needs to be resolved
I also sent pictures of what I received in order to show what I received was not what I ordered. This is crazy!
