Postmates' Contact Us page does not include a phone number for customer service.
Instead, there is a series of prompts and a menu through which you can send a message to the company via the website.

A phone number can be found deep within the Postmates Terms and Conditions.
Postmates.com says in a legal notice for California residents that they can contact the company “in order to resolve a complaint regarding the Platform or the receive further information” using this phone number 800-952-5210.

PissedConsumer discovered that you can contact the company's customer service by calling the Postmates phone number at 1-888-815-7726.

Postmates has a dedicated Twitter customer support page (@Postmates_Help) where you can either tweet or message directly. Postmates notes on their Twitter bio that their customer support agents are available 24/7 to offer assistance. On their Facebook page, it is evident that they “typically respond in a few minutes”. On LinkedIn and Instagram, their response is not as timely as on Facebook and Twitter.

Postmates customer service does not include chat option to the ways of communication with the specialists. Instead, if you like online correspondence, you can send a message on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Just click on the icon of the social media where it is most convenient for you to communicate with a manager at the bottom of Postmates official food delivery service website and enter your message in the appropriate field.

If you prefer written communication with Postmates team, contact with it via email. Follow the “Get Help” hyperlink. It is located at the bottom menu of the official company website. Choose the topic on which you have difficulties, follow the narrows, type your problem in detail in a special field and click on the “Send” button. Waited for an order for 90 minutes. It got cancelled.

I was told by customer service to suck an egg. You've got to be kidding me. Refund my single subscription. Block my number.

I have never received such terrible service in my life, and I said so on X. I never want anything to do with your company ever again.

You don't care about your customers, and you clearly don't care about wasting their time. The first representative literally ended the chat mid-conversation.

I placed an order last night. A driver was sent to pick it up. After a while, my order was cancelled. What happened was the first driver picked up my order but didn't deliver it. A second driver was sent to pick up my order and was informed someone picked it up already so it's obvious the first driver had stolen my order. By that time it was too late to place another order; they were closed. So today, I decided to order something. I ordered Burger King as follows:

1 chicken fry meal (chicken fries, French fries, and drink)=3 items

1 fiery bacon whopper=1 item

2 bacon kings= 2 items

1 mozzarella stick=1 item

1 large halvsies (half onion ring/half fry)=1 item

Total of 8 items.


I did not receive my halvsies. I only received 7 items, not 8. I took a picture of all the food and the receipt from the bag. Customer service says after reviewing my picture and receipt, the order matched the receipt so no refund for my missing item. I asked them to point out in the picture where my halvsies were and to count the items because they are not there - I did not receive them. Bottom line, with all the hassle I've been through in the past two days and how I have been treated, I will never order again. I am out the $5 for the item I didn't receive, but the way I was treated was horrible and I will definitely not use your service again. We pay to use your service monthly plus all the fees and are subjected to drivers stealing our orders and getting treated poorly by reps who don't care if we get our food or not. I will not pay anyone to treat me badly and end up paying for food I don't receive.

THE NIGHT I ORDERED A CAKE + ENDED UP NOT HAVING ANY UBER ACCESS (and in between I passed out and almost died).

I was passed out on the floor when the driver was attempting the delivery. Instead of following protocol, he waited for a long time + kept calling.

He delivered the cake, and left an angry, demeaning comment on my order.
I was found, revived and made it to the couch, I remembered the order, went to the app to see what had happened. I felt horrible that I missed the calls. Instead, I found that comment by the driver.

I went to the chat to let them know what happened.
They were worse than the driver. So after ignoring me, getting around answering anything, and denying helping me with reporting this after asking 4 times, he ended our chat mid sentence.

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but chat rep pushed me too far. I went to leave review and rate the order.
Review that was attempted 5 times to leave:
The store was great! The driver, however, left the most rude comment on my order as I was actually passed out and almost dead on the floor. So, that was cool.

And then Marion, the chat customer service agent, whose response to my complaint was leave something in the review so he can read it and learn! and then blew me off all four times I asked for help and ended the chat without finishing the conversation. FYI, Marion, according to your companys policy, the drivers dont see the rating or comments for my safety (thanks!). Sadly, I dont get to have my education session with MYASNIK.

So, on principle, and because this whole situation is incredibly demeaning, Im escalating this as high as I can. Im posting this on every review site it can. And Im asking my journalist husband how to write an op-Ed to make this public. Once I was I was found and helped up, I checked my phone to make sure my order went okay and say sorry for being absent.

It was a lovely thing to read right after almost dying and in searing pain. So thank you, Postmates, for literally not caring about me, your drivers behavior, and obfuscating every request for assistance I asked for in the chat. Hats off to you! Hats off to misogynist and rude driver, MYASNIK.

And mostly, hats off to the pretend cheerful chat agent Marion who literally wouldnt answer one question and hung the chat up on me mid-conversation. You guys certainly know how to go out in full style. Thanks!
The next page gave me option to change the tip. I tried 4 times to delete the tip but the page wouldnt let me.

When I left his tip alone, I could submit my review.
So now Im laying on the couch, bruised and concussed, and beyond upset. Despite my husbands suggestion to chill out, I cant get over how I had been treated by 2 men who were rude, lacking empathy, and clearly were misogynists. Im saddened by their behavior (and in the chat, disregard for my disability). This is not just an Uber problem, but it was the last straw.

I believe in treating people with dignity. I also definitely will escalate the issue when I feel they arent. As Bob Belcher likes to say, Its the *principle*, Lynn! (Chefs kiss to anyone who loves Bobs Burgers as much as I do!)

Uber removed my review, doubled the drivers tip without my permission, logged me out!

They are now making me update my password to get back in! I am back to the order, trying to review and leave my comment again. It was again deleted.
Its now been deleted four times. Each time it was immediately deleted.

I am also unable to change the drivers (now doubled) tip. Also, is it legal to tip more than I approved?

Now I just cant log in at all. I was not going to use Postmates again. However, I am disabled, ill and cant drive.

I rely on Uber to get me to my numerous doctor appointments. Despite not agreeing with Ubers company ethos, Im on a small amount of disability and they tend to be way cheaper.
I used to use Postmates on a daily basis since they were beta testing in Los Angeles around 2012 for getting what keeps me alive and fed. Drivers kept leaving my orders on the sidewalk outside. Postmates/Uber did nothing about it so I stopped using them.
Tonight they were the only app with access to something I needed.

They confirmed they dont care about their employees or their consumers.
Its been a horrible night. Thanks for being a large part of that, Uber. For anyone who is counting: an extremely rude comment, rude customer service, being charged MORE tip money without my consent, deleting my reviews, restricting my accessAnd finally, denying an extremely sick woman a way they can get medical care they desperately require. Yay!

You know how to kick someone who is already - literally - on the ground.
Im off to escalate this with Uber Corporate. Wish me luck!

I have a 17mth old. I need milk and baby wipes, baby food, fruit, etc. I ordered 3 times. Uber support blaming the merchant and drivers. I called target. Open with drivers. Thinking UBER DIDNT WANT TO SUPPORT THE 50% OFF GROCERY COUPON. Very disappointed. Spent hours between ordering over and over, dealing with support, never getting my items, loosing my promotion, and then u give me $10 added for my time. What about the $40 I lost on grocery promotion. And I'd give u an extra 10 to do ur job right. Supposed to be convient. Not happy at all. Going to be getting rid of uber 1 if not resolved
