Posmates support has a comprehensive help center for fleet support, customer support, and merchant support. The customer help page offers information on account configuration, orders, and payments, while the fleet support offers drivers information regarding account configuration, picks, and deliveries, payouts, app issues, optimizing earnings, and ratings among others.
