I am so feduip with the horrible, unreliable service of your people. Your laborers are continuously failing to verify the orders when retrieving them.
In return, we receive our order with items missing! I don't understand how your employees are incapable of reading and confirming the order. I don't want to hear excuses. For the last few times we've ordered from Chick-fil-A, we would normally order a salad, soup and chicken strips.
A salad is big and comes in its own bag. A soup and box of chicken strips are placed together in a paper bag. Numerous times, your laborers failed to read the receipt and verify everything was present before leaving the restaurant. In return, we would only receive a few of the items we ordered.
We are so sick and tired of this ignorant behavior coming from your employees.
Furthermore, on another note, Postmates needs to stop allowing their drivers to use Waze. It is not accurate and always directs the drivers to a different street! It's bad enough your drivers fail to use common sense, look at the address and figure it out themselves.
It's even worse when they call us and have the nerve to argue with us regarding where we live! You need to get your act together!
Monetary Loss: $50.
