I would have given no stars across the board. I am thoroughly disgusted! Now I am hungry and broke. Not a happy camper!

I was charged without recieving my order
Keep on waiting on my order the whole night till morning and weeks didnt delivered. I went to el pollo loco and and they just tell me to call the delivery services but problem is cannot contact them

The order was complete but when the lady delivered it, she gave a partial order and my daughter saw her pass the second bag to the front person.

We did not get a refund for our order that was never delivered
We placed a delivery order from the McDonalds near Estero Blvd in Fort Myers Beach, Florida last night and they said they prepared the order and itd be delivered within half an hour. However, the delivery time kept getting pushed back and eventually they said the delivery couldnt be made due to no driver. We did not receive a refund and never received our order and wed very much like a full refund.

Specifically asked for crispy fried chicken wings. What I got was cold and rubbery. I specifically asked that they knock loud and make sure I received the food hand to hand. I kept waiting and watching and finally I noticed that they had come and gone without even letting me know they had been. The food was ruined I'm totally pissed off. Also the root beer is diet. Gross

They will not respond to me. They initially make it hard to connect with a customer service representative.
The driver is trying to help me but the company will not answer crys for help. These poor employees that work for you. Your system is designed through an app understanably so you do not have to pay the cost of somebody on call. Where is the customer service?? This could easily be resolved if you didn't hide behind an app and employed people to deal with customers.

I am very upset your drive never delivered my order and said it was completed. I called her and she said it was her first day and to send her the address and i told her the address was on the order. She kept saying she had my food and to send the address. I contacted customer support and they refused to reorder my order or give me my money back. I asked for the customer support number and they refused to give it to me. They are stealing my money when i did not receive my order this is unacceptable and needs to be fixed

When you have an issue there is zero ability to resolve because they have ZERO WORKING PHONE NUMBER
I didn't receive a product I ordered and paid for. I made several attempt through telephone numbers and email I located through a Google search . Google search because none are supply on website. None are working. Not a phone number not and email.
