I've been trying to get in contact with anyone with a pulse from Postmates Customer Service.....Not only is it impossible to cancel the Unlimited Membership, also impossible to get in touch with anyone who can help. I've spent over 10 hours of hold time, numerous emails with no response.
Extremely frustrated with Postmates lack of customer service. I have cancelled Postmates but still am getting charge $9.99/month, no one at customer service can cancel this for me shockingly. The response I get is they have a dedicated team that will be looking into these charges and will get back to me. Can't get transferred to this "dedicated team", can't speak to them, just have to sit on my thumbs and wait for a call back....This is the type of customer service you guys have right now, it is trash!
Please just cancel my "Unlimited Membership" and stop charging me an unlimited amount for a service I no longer use or want.
I am also at the point where I expect a refund for all unlimited charges. This process has been the worst "Customer Service" experiences of my life, with literally 0 help or direction, hours of my life wasted.
User's recommendation: Doordash.
Monetary Loss: $240.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Postmates Cons: Hard to reach customer service, Service.
