I did not order this - turns out my daughter did. They were absolutely impossible to get ahold of to find out about this charge. She got her food - but I was totally stressed out-

Hello Im reaching out today in ask for a refund on my most recent order. Im doing this because the place I ordered from got two of my orders wrong. The first time the completely got one of my items wring so I filed a issue on the apps help feature and got a refund for my order in under 10 mins. But when I ordered again from the same restaurant they once again got the order completely wrong but this time I wasnt able to get that refund instantly even though I provided pictures this time and the last. Im only given a screen saying thank you for filing a issue this isnt ensuring for me to know if Im gonna get a refund or not. So Im coming here to either ensure or forward my refund.

I ordered 2 cavatapi premavera and its the only entree I have ever ordered ..now they tell me that the reason I didnt get the Parmesan cream sauce is they offer two different versions..one with chicken stalk for sauce and one with the cream saucepremavera is a cream sauce and this was never an issue before..told me to contact doordash even though I went through Postmates for a pickup because they werent answering the phone..brought the food back and they said I didnt need to do that and it wasnt there problemleft the food

We had ordered food from Mings Garden in Plymouth MN (post mates order number 42EA9 ) on 1/14/2022 t First they did not provide one dish we had as they were out of Tofu. Secondly in-spite If us mentioning no Peanuts they sent a dish with peanut sauce (there is no mention on the restaurant website that this dish contains peanuts). The person allergic to peanuts ate the dish and is throwing up now. I svar the full amount of charges to returned and you need to reprimand the restaurant. I called the restaurant and made them aware of the situation but they were not helpful and casually mentioned that we should see what happens and go to ER if needed.

I ordered Popeyes and it was delivered early, but the order was wrong. Im missing an entire combo meal. My other meal was made incorrectly. Its also very cold. The fries are very cold, and stale. I submitted a refund for the missing combo but didnt notice the other combo was made incorrectly until afterwards and now I cant submit for another refund or replacement. Id like a partial refund for the messed up combo.

Food stolen by first Driver

The driver Susan had already picked up my food and was heading to my house till they canceled the order an stole my food, even though I wasnt charged for any of it, it still makes me mad that your own driver would steal food. I personally enjoy using this company, but if Im afraid that my food will be taken from me then why would I continue to use this company, either something needs to be done with the driver or better Percautions need to handled more. Maybe use a code for the drivers so no one gets food stolen like me, the code would do best to the customers and will be guaranteed to get their order if not using or receiving a code for the driver then the driver shouldnt get paid till the order an code is put in an completed fully.

I ordered 5 plates of food and one of them didnt come in. The pancake face meal. I also ordered an omelet which was missing hash brown and it was missing my toast. The quality of the food was bad and food was very cold like it was sitting out for a long time. Im very dissatisfied and want a refund for atleta Some of this!
