Half my food was not there and it was cold And for me payin $44 for some food and it was cold 1/2 of it wasn't there it doesn't make any sense Papa's on livernoise It's terrible I will not I will not buy anything from them anymore I'm a disability and I don't have money to waste And me buying food from them today it was a waste

Very poor in handling customer complaints/issue. It took longer to respond. Ignoring customer complaints twice is very disappointing.

I received an incomplete order whic I already took a picture and send via app. I havent received any response on how it will be resolved. The last time I received damaged/ burned food, it was ignored, obviously. I admired Uber eats better on how they respond promptly and efficient on issues like this.

They gave me cold food a lot of my food were missing they didn't replace the food that I wanted and I will never ever order from papa's on livernoise anymore That was $50 That I didn't have I ordered 2 different pies They are terrible

Food was never delivered, talked to the driver stating where I am, he hung up and refused to answer my call when trying to call him. Waited

Last year at the same exact time I went through postmates to cancel the so called membership they charged me for. I contacted them and they could not find any membership that belonged to me and guess what charge there is today $99.99 for postmates again this year! DO NOT USE THEM! I CAN'T SAY THIS ENOUGH! DON'T USE THEM EVER!

I ordered pick up from Dairy Queen it went through postmates but not in a logged in account when I got there they didnt have what I ordered they printed out a receipt showing they wouldnt finalize the order and Id get my money back but postmates finalized it and took the money still I need my money back bc I received nothing I dont see an order number bc it was through google to postmates but I have the text messages and emails

One of my children did not receive his meal

There was an item that was missing that was stated that I can just purchase it again and that I was refunded. So, then it would have cost me more, to fix the problem. Then the situation was fixed with a $25 credit.
