Postmates - Your service sucks
Look this keeps happening to me and my roommate. We order our food and it gets delivered to the wrong address. I've put instructions that there is a stool at my door and to knock. Even putting my exact address and still it gets messed up. Your people take a photo that's it's there and delivered, but at the wrong *** door wtf. Now I get no credit for my order because I have complained to much this is *** thats how much this happens.

On 6/28/2020 I originally placed an order with KILROYS, at 10:20 pm but they texted me saying kitchen closed at 10 so Im not sure why it was an option of food places to pick from, next I ordered from big bites. I called big bites three times asking for my food, I waited over an hour for my food to even get picked up. No one could tell me anything about my food, except it was sitting there waiting by 10 mins after I ordered waiting for a driver to pick it up. That means my food sat there for over an hour and I could definitely tell cause both my nachos were soggy and cold and my wings dried up. When my driver arrived he had told me to contact postmates for a refund as two postmates drivers tried picking my food up before him with no postmates card. I want my money back and am planning to cancel my unlimited postmates. Yesterday my 711 order also took over an hour and missed two items. Im not happy with this. I need my refund of 40$ minus the tip I gave to the driver for helping me out. I dont want credit or anything just a refund thank you.

The chicken nuggets was cold and the fries was cold and stale. I didn't get my sauce for the nasty food. McDonald's said YOUR driver was late picking up the order, and they had to reheat the food because it got cold.

Postmates - Rude playmate driver
I am in a restaurant manager and a very rude driver came and parked in 2 spots the parking lot, like he owned the place. Walked in DEMANDING that we take his order immediately so he could get some sort of bonus. He was rude and unprofessional. He kept ear buds on the entire time. I have his license plate number. We will not accept anymore postmate orders until this issue is resolved. MO driver VC3-R5M

My account was suspended for reasons that I do not know of and I'm trying to get my earnings that I have made. I think this is so messed up and so wrong because I do have bills to pay. And I will let everyone know as pissed consumer.com that this is not a great company to work for. Their customer service for their employees is the worst I've ever seen, so I only can imagine for customers.
