Fraud

They do not deliver (literally) everything they charge one for. The will not reimburse if one complains too many times. Im not the grifter. Im happy to pay for what I order. However, I will complain when items are left out or damaged. They find this incomprehensible.

I just received a notification through my cash app that Postmates took two dollars for a tip. I did not authorize the tip. I would like my two dollars back.

Resolved: Uber driver cancelled After he picked up my $72 order .I got charged

I ordered with Postmates , the restaurant prepared my food. The Uber(post mates) driver picked up my food then didnt want to drive it to my location. I contacted Postmates thru their website as directed and their reply was the standard answer that 5he food had been prepared so I was charged in full. No additional conversation or way to talk with them. I guess the driver was hungry ! They are thieves. I will never use them again.

The delivery driver never dropped our food off. When I called to ask where it might be she was extremely rude and refused to help. I called the customer service number and that lady refused to listen and automatically took the drivers side without even listening. I have used this service for years and never had an issue until now and no discipline action was taken. My son actually delivers for this company and he was shocked at the way we were treated. She left it at the wrong place and never even tried to make it right

My food was un cooked I never got my drink I went up there to get my refund but they said they didnt have nothing to do with that but yall do so I want my money back or Im reporting yall just like I did Uber because thats wrong. If your Oder was wrong you would want it remade or your refund!

Every time I use this service I get screwed. Twice my order never arrived. I was charged. Took me weeks to get a PARTIAL refund to a Postmates card . Then trying to use that balance and get rid of the lame *** app, they didnt apply the credit to my order. So I canceled the order!! Then they charged me for the order which I did not receive any food for AND they depleted my credit. So yes I paid twice for food I never received. Then was rudely brushed off and told someone will contact me within 12 hours. No recourse. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!

Poor customer service

Told I have restrictions on my account after being a customer for 6 years. Getting an explanation of the restrictions was like pulling teeth. Asked for the manager and of course he was unavailable. Too many refunds was the restriction.

I have been ordering with yall for years. However your mess up on my food is very annoying or your drivers forgetting half of it.

Or grabbing the wrong bag. And telling my it isnt eligible for a refund even though I did NOT GET IT. Between drivers pic and my own you see I did not get it. Second reason if yall dont resolve my issues I will get a lawyer.

You have hit my account from a delivery I never got back in October of 2022 and it STATES in your receipt I never got it. Ive had to dispute with my bank.

And here within the last two weeks you hit my cards again for something I never got because the places was closed. Now I want to spreak with someone as soon as possible
